The Spring, 2007 season marks the beginning of Alissa's return to directing the Cumberland Singers.

Alissa graduated from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania,
with a degree in elementary education and a specialty in music.
She has participated in church and community choirs for many years.

She is also the director and a singer with Marmalade, a 5-voice a cappella women's ensemble.
